We support private sector development and trade facilitation within the EAC. Our work focuses on removing barriers to cross-border trade, supporting women in trade, and strengthening business enabling environments.
The Challenge
Despite the EAC Customs Union and Common Market, non-tariff barriers persist. Small traders, particularly women, face disproportionate challenges. Private sector voice in regional policy processes remains limited.
